Yes, the Blackridge belt is made from top-grain genuine leather. Most other belts are made from lower quality split-grain leather. Always check before you buy.

Will the belt fit me?

Yes, the Blackridge belt is fully adjustable to fit any waist size from 20 to 48 inches. Simply trim it to your perfect fit for a customised feel. You'll find a Owner's Manual inside the box, with a quick video showing exactly how to adjust.

Where will my personalisation be on the belt?

Your belt will be hand-stamped on the inside side of the leather, next to the ratchet grooves (on the opposite side of the ratchet to the Ten Embers logo). This location is discrete and will not be affected when you re-size your belt. All belts are hand-stamped in our London atelier by our leather experts.

How do I release the belt buckle?

Our Blackridge belt buckle has a simple push button to release the belt. It's simple, discrete and intuitive. Simply push the button and release.

When will I receive my order?

All belts are personalised and shipped within 24 hours Monday-Friday. We always ship with Royal Mail 24 hour delivery.

What if I don't love my belt?

Shop with confidence! Try your belt for 60 days, risk-free. If you don’t absolutely love it, return it for a free exchange or refund - no questions asked. We’re sure you’ll love your Blackridge belt, but if not, just email us, and we’ll handle the rest!
